We have a diverse team with expertise in various areas, including defence, aerospace and UAV sectors. We also provide executive coaching to our candidates in their first 90 days in their new role.

Our approach is tailored to our clients requirements but we always follow a defined process. We take a creative cross industry and country approach to identifying potential candidates, using behavioural assessment tools, with strengths and competency based interviews to ensure there is a good fit between client and candidate.
